Your health and safety along with the safety of our staff is most important to us. We are grateful to all of our guests for choosing Chi-Chi's & Lido Pizza and guarantee that we are doing everything to keep you and your families safe while dining with us. Below you will find our Protocol Notice to ensure safety during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Protocol Notice regarding our policies to ensure safety during this COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Employees:

All employees will be screened with questions regarding whether they are experiencing any listed symptoms of COVID-19 or if they have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19. All employees will be given a temperature check and any employee with a fever (100.4 F or above) will be sent home.

All employees have been educated on proper handwashing techniques and sanitizing and the importance of frequent washing and sanitizing. All employees have been educated on when to wash or sanitize in addition to having all employees being put on a schedule of fixed time interval washing and sanitizing.

All employees are to wear masks.

All employees touching food are to wear gloves.

 

Sanitizing protocols:

All sanitizing and disinfecting products used are approved for sanitizing food surfaces and/or disinfecting non-food surfaces respectively.

Each table will be sanitized after every use including seating areas.

All kitchen areas will be sanitized when needed and also at regular intervals.

All public front of house areas will be sanitized when needed and also at regular intervals. Sanitizing jobs will be allocated to many different employee classifications including the sanitizing of all frequently touched areas by employees or guests.

 

Guests: Dine-in Experience:

We ask that all guests read the signage regarding whether they are experiencing any listed symptoms of COVID-19 (Fever, Sore throat, Shortness of breath…) or if they have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19, and if any guest feels they have a symptom or has been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 recently, please do not come in today and come back another time.

All dine-in guests will be asked to wait outside giving other guest groups 6 ft distancing or wait in their cars until host notifies them by text that their table is ready.

Hosting will be located in a safe place, usually outside the entrance. Please approach host for seating availability.

If no table is currently ready for seating, we have a texting system in place, so please give name, # in party and a phone number for texting notification when your table is ready.

Hosts are required to monitor and remind guests of 6 ft distancing between parties so please have patience and help us by cooperating.

Hand sanitizer is available to the public, arriving or leaving, at the entrance to the restaurant.

All guests will be asked to wear their mask except while seated for dine-in.

All tables in use will be protected by barriers or distancing.

Each table will be sanitized after every use including seating areas.

Menus are sanitized after every use and paper special flyers are thrown away after each use. If no menu is preferred, we encourage guests to go to chichispizza.com and look at our online menu.

Place settings and wrapped silverware will be brought out after seating.

There are no condiments on the table and server shall ask guest if they would prefer them. Disposable single use packets and bags will be used. These items will be discarded after guest leaves.

Sanitized bottles of Ketchup and Tabasco will be brought out when requested and sanitized after use.

Any drink refills will be brought out in a different glass with no pitchers in use.

Plates, bread baskets, pizza stands, etc will be sanitized after every use.

Leftover boxes must be filled by guest.

All pens and guest check trays are sanitized after each use.

Party size is limited by local regulations.

Each shift will have a manager to oversee that all sanitizing protocols are being followed.

 

Guests: Takeout experience:

We ask that all guests read the signage regarding whether they are experiencing any listed symptoms of COVID-19 (Fever, Sore throat, Shortness of breath…) or if they have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19, and if any guest feels they have a symptom or has been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 recently, please do not come in today and come back another time.

Guests are encouraged to phone their orders ahead and use our curbside pickup service option.

If a guest chooses to order at the restaurant, please look for the “order here” line so we can keep a separate line from walk-in takeout pick up.

Guests can make payment over the phone if they prefer and can also include a tip if they desire.

Curbside service attendants will put orders in your trunk or hatchback if you desire.

If a guest chooses to walk-in to pick up takeout, please keep 6 ft distancing.

Please be mindful of Server pathways to the dining room and keep these areas clear.

If you let a cashier know you will be waiting outside, we will bring your takeout to you.
